Why Cesura

In poetry, a caesura is the pause in the middle of a line, the moment where meaning lands. Cesura is built for that moment: the space where theory becomes practice.

In psychology, W. Bion, following S. Freud, took the caesura further: a space of cutting that is also a space of connection, through which the most meaningful links come to light, within a person and between people. We take that idea into the future: digital spaces that create a deliberate caesura in reality, and through it, real human connection.

Five layers of a deep simulation

A chat with a character has one layer. Every Cesura simulation is built on five.

Theory
Character
Scenario
Feedback
Guidance
  1. 1Theory

Every simulation is built on a theory of its own: the model, approach or protocol you teach.

  2. 2Character

Built with our Deep Persona methodology: psychological depth, with a background, needs and a unique inner world that shape how the character responds.

  3. 3Scenario

A scenario designed to create an authentic experience, with stages, turning points and a clear goal.

  4. 4Feedback

Feedback with unique methodological depth, tied to the criteria you define and built to be validated.

  5. 5Guidance

A guidance system with pedagogical depth: real-time support during the conversation, and processing after it.

  2. 2

    Build

Every stage drafted for you, and every part editable.

  3. 3

    Test

Test runs in the simulation lab before anyone real takes part.

  4. 4

    Run

Participants practice in text, voice or with a live avatar.

  5. 5

    Learn

Personal reports, cohort dashboards and AI analysis.

  6. 6

    Refine

You adjust based on the data, and run again.

Test

The simulation testing lab

Every simulation can be tested before it reaches participants. You run test sessions, check how the character reacts to different approaches, see how consistent the scoring is, and refine until it's ready.

  • Test sessions with different approaches
  • Scoring consistency checks
  • Refine until it's ready to send
